The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and educate assigned customers on Hilti\xe2\x80\x99s products, software, and services. The role involves providing technical advice to architects and engineers in order to secure specifications early in the design process. The job holder is responsible for key project specification of Hilti products, software and services, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of Hilti solutions.

• B.E./B.TECH degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience of Specification Sales or Business Development \xe2\x80\x93 dealing with customers like Architects and Structure Consultants with a high level of knowledge of design and construction process required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated and a quick learner
• Highly adaptable with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
