About the role

Location: Hyderabad

About the role: As a key player in Operations, this role will be accountable for the stability of the SAP systems. The role is expected to bring expertise in SAP Supply Chain including SAP SD and APO. It also includes managing the vendor delivery for Operations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Act as primary point of accountability for respective service matters for designated business or IT customers usually across locations, business domains, and/or geographical boundaries
• Develop and improve relationships with key stakeholders, actively handle their expectations and supervise satisfaction levels and service adoption
• Ensure all requirements are detailed through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure SLAs are met
• Monitor, measure, report and review performance of services in close collaboration with Service Performance Management
• Lead management of day to day service operations. Develop standards and best practices to deliver services
• Handle the lifecycle of incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations. Identify root causes of problems and initiate fixes required to prevent recurrences. Ensure appropriate operational service documentation is created and accepted by customers
• Enable knowledge about solutions is collected and distributed to enable effective support
• Take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery and Operations scope.Govern the delivery of SI partners

Minimum Requirements

Role Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business/technical domains
• SAP certifications / trainings in specified module(s)/process areas

8 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area

• Demonstrable experience in SAP S4 HANA and eco-system applications in the following areas for the Pharma and/or Food & Beverage industry Sales and Distribution ,Supply Chain Planning
• Knowledge of interfaces with Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Knowledge of SAP APO and integration to ECC.
• Knowledge of integration between Planning and other processes like logistics and manufacturing
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and solid understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
