Financial Institution Operations Specialist/ Sr. Specialist {Commodities Middle Office}

We are hiring for our Reputed Financial Services Client for middleoffice role

Role: Financial Institutions Operations Specialist/Sr. Specialist

{Commodities Middle Office)

Work Experience Range: 5 yrs- 9 yrs

Work Location: Bangalore

Shifts: 5:30 PM- 2:30 AM (US Shifts)

Key skills/Essential Experience: Middle Office, Commodities Middle Office, P&L Reporting/P&L Reconciliation {P&L Analysis), life-cycle management within Financial Institutions

{Strong Middle Office Analyst candidate with extensive PnL reporting experience and life-cycle management of the energy & commodity suite including natural gas, crude, power, agriculture and metals}

Essential Responsibilities:

- Perform daily Profit and Loss reporting & attribution reporting

- Perform daily reconciliation of Profit and Loss with finance and system of record

- Perform daily reconciliation of unrealized PNL, realized PNL and marketing fee between system of record and Front Office

- Responsible for documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures for PNL Team

- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

Essential Qualifications:

- University degree/Post graduation in Business /Accounts/Economics/Stats.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in the institutional Investment Banking Operations especially in Commodities

- 5 to 10 years in a middle office PnL analyst role with an energy major and/or bank that\'s heavily engaged in energy trading.
