Position Purpose :
the LBU client\'s support position; the person must support a product demo and question-solving session, and it is the major responsibility to support the LBU client\'s queries and concerns.
Preferred Functional Knowledge:
l The candidate has basic payroll and HRMS implementation experience.
l Requirement-understand and gathering experience.
l Good at communication. Local (Hindi, Kannada, English Language)
l The candidate has handled a high volume of clients.
Key Responsibility:
l Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation, and value proposition.
l Proactively building strong customer relationships.
l Providing good knowledge and training on product features and its usage
l Customer escalations Handling. Various Implementation and modules implementation support
l Internal team coordination
l Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application.
l Ensure all project-related activities are completed to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the Implementation process.
l Defined process follows up with regular updates.
l Sharing in-time reports on the activity performed.
l Should be active and regular in contributing towards the improvement areas of self and team.
Qualification and Experience:
l Complete understanding of payroll configuration for Indian Payroll
l Strong communication and presentation skills
l support all aspects of customer implementations.
l Define detailed project implementation plans for each account.
l Diagnosis analysis of customer issues and requests
l Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress.
l Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings, and sequences.
l Identify gaps in functionality and work with the development team to enhance our products.
l Needs to maintain the proper Tracker.
l The ability to multitask effectively.
l Good in Indian payroll and Statutory compliance
l Ready to handle huge volume of employee headcount (LBU)Customers
