Main Responsibilities: Collaborate and work with stakeholders/Account Management team/Onsite Finance Business Partners, SSC accounting team to understand business requirements and perform data analysis. Will have to work on more than one projects with data architects and developers to construct data dimensions necessary to support business requirements. Work along with Sales/Marketing /Operations team to gather critical inputs sought in the RFPu2019s and Market research surveys. Design data collection templates and collate data to prepare any ad-hoc management reporting requirements. Prepare summary presentations to support the management decision making process. Identify areas and spearhead chances to automate the existing processes. Ensure all process documentations are updated with relevant changes and prepare/control new documents when new processes are implemented. Key experience & Skills Relevant 3-6years of experience in FP&A function or Business Support role. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Qualified accountant or Semi Qualified Accountant (CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA ),BTech (CS/IT) with MBA in Finance as an Elective/M.Com with 6+ years of total experience. Excellent knowledge in MS Excel for Business Modelling and MS PowerPoint to capture business reportings. Hands on experience in PowerBI, Workday and Adaptive Planning , Salesforce and any other ETL tools would be added advantage. Stakeholder management Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines.
