Title: Sr.Specialist - Project Systems Delivery-ISM/CIS

:

The Sr. Specialist role is responsible for the setup, management and operation of ISM/CIS, Aveva Engineering, Net and Engage applications and interfaces with other engineering applications such as Smart plant suite. This includes managing class library updates in ISM, configuration and operation support of AVEVA Engineering and management of Net / Engage to assemble complex information sets comprising documents/data and 3D model and all associated interfaces.

Ensures data is consistently, accurately and globally entered and extracted for use by the project team and administers the data repositories where the project engineering and supplier data is stored and maintained. This involves receiving or performing the data transfers, monitor changes and generating reports and to ensure effective handover of a complete, accurate dataset to the Client for the operational phase.

Supports the creation of an appropriate Information management strategy and plans covering engineering, design, supplier and Client information both within the Project and across project interfaces, etc. Responsible for establishing, operating and managing the asset tag data repository and interfaces between engineering systems for sharing data. Development and maintenance of project tag numbering schema, Class Libraries and deliverable production, reporting and data progress measurement.

• AVEVA ISM

• Admin level support to configure ISM with various Class Libraries as per project requirement.
• Good knowledge in configuring ISM with tag naming structures etc.
• Knowledge in configuring ISM for list of values, UOMS etc.
• Understand how data is transferred between ISM to AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA Net.
• Good understanding of IM and Data Management concepts i.e. Data Class Libraries, Interfaces with Engineering Applications etc
• Understand and able to write semi complex regular expression.
• AVEVA Net

• Experience in configuring AVEVA Net from ISM extract.
• Experience in setting up AVEVA net website
• Understanding of AVEVA Net import controller
• Understanding of CMIS Gateway process
• Experience in configuring Query Forms to provide dynamic Lists of Objects and Attributes.
• Experience with SSRS reporting.

• University degree qualification or equivalent oil and gas industry experience.
• Overall 8+ Years of Experience.
• Minimum of 2 full EPC projects plus 5 years of experience in an engineering or designer role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience of using Aveva Engineering/standards manager.
• Knowledge of Aveva Net, ISM and Aveva Engage.
• An in depth understanding of electronic database tools to analyse, manipulate and transfer data.
• Power BI, SSRS, OBIEE reporting or similar required. PML, procedural SQL etc an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CFIHOS or other equivalent class libraries.
