Our inclusive culture ensures that every employee feels valued, respected, and appreciated with a robust set of employee benefits and engagement activities.\' The Process Trainer will be responsible for: Conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and in virtual environments that build motivation and ability Consult with and coordinate between Ops and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies Develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices to address gaps in motivation and ability Prepare lesson plans including methods, materials and documentation to be presented Revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions and workflow to address client needs Evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes Technical Skills: Experience in Revenue Cycle Management for U.S. Healthcare Expertise in AR Follow up end to end processes Proficient in U.S. healthcare terminology and insurance (payor) types Hands on in MS Office like: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability to use virtual communication platforms effectively like: Teams, Zoom, WebEx Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
