This position is responsible to perform the following activities:
Salesforce Production Support.
Email Responses
Able to login into salesforce and validate the users issue.
Able to coordinate different development teams and collate the response to share with stakeholders
Able to raise the ticket as per requirement.
Understanding of Service now ticketing system and code releases.
Able to read SOP and perform desired actions as per business requirement.

Education
B. Tech. / M.C.A.
Experience Approx. 3 years
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Salesforce Production Experience.
Salesforce (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud).
Understanding of service now ticketing tool.
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training if required) Preferred any one of the certification
Salesforce Platform developer 1
Salesforce Admin 201
Education: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
