• What does a successful IT Business Consultant do?

\xc2\xb7 Field Technician for DNA Core processing Implementations and Technical Professional Services \xc2\xb7 Act as technical consultant working directly with clients in areas such as networking, Windows system administration, and software deployment. \xc2\xb7 Build, maintain, and train DNA core application servers and surround systems. \xc2\xb7 Utilize and grow both technical and financial industry skills as part of a rewarding, unique, and challenging position \xc2\xb7 Thrive with high-energy and innovation while receiving a competitive compensation package \xc2\xb7 Build industry exposure and connections by working directly with Fiserv clients \xc2\xb7 Gain exposure to a diverse group of financial technology products which integrate to DNA

What must you have?

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 6 years IT/industry experience \xc2\xb7 Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers \xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and Windows 7/10/11 required

\xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in Microsoft IIS and SSL Certificates \xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases

\xc2\xb7 Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve complex technical issues by researching through internet and other internal knowledge base tools.

\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills

\xc2\xb7 Experience using, configuring, troubleshooting and/or developing for the Open Solutions DNA application suite

\xc2\xb7 Experience working with large enterprise-wide application systems

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of Oracle and SQL Server database experience, including SQL Development

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Citrix and/or other virtual thin-client software/architectures \xc2\xb7 Experience with troubleshooting web applications using Fiddler.

\xc2\xb7 Experience using Microsoft Sys internals Suite to troubleshoot application errors. \xc2\xb7 Experience with Nexus Enterprise Configuration Utility to configure Cash Dispenser and Recycler Machines \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of network troubleshooting using tools like Telnet and Wireshark
