Job Title Specialist, Technical Professional Services (Hands on SQL Installation with Scripting - Data Conversion)

Job Title: Implementations Data Conversion Analyst, Senior

Job Purpose:

What does a successful Implementations Data Conversion Analyst do?

You will work with hosted Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications, specifically for our Financial Services clients. You will play a foundational role serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for our customers, as well as the bridge to our Program, Project, and Product Management teams as well as Development teams within the Treasury, Commercial and Surround Solutions ECM line of business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will serve as a key member of the delivery team while designing and managing our Data Conversion solutions. You will play a critical role within our pre-Sales solutioning space, while also interacting with our Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams and regularly interact with clients and prospects.

As an Implementations Data Conversion Analyst, Senior you can expect to:

• Elicit, validate, and prioritize client technical requirements with regards to operating platform and equipment.

• Craft documentation, which may include various analysis and design specifications, ensuring documents are technically accurate, timely, and client-oriented

• Serve as primary. Consultant/Technical SME, engaging with the client team to ensure requirements are understood and technology configuration meets the business requirements

• Implement net-new customers and upgrade existing customers

• Advise clients on security matters, performance considerations, and overall integration between the client and our/their core

• Not only create and modify tools to handle automated data conversion but also manage the operation of the tools and report on the progress and completion of the conversions for each customer.

• Work with Implementations Business Analysts to see the plan for each customer is executed properly.

• Work with aggressive deadlines to accomplish historical data conversion for clients large and small.

You\xe2\x80\x99re the kind of person who:

Has a solid background with ECM technology and scripting/programming to manipulate data and indexing information. You enjoy thinking through complicated problems and defining solutions to overcoming them. You are detail oriented but also able to think outside the box to solve complicated data problems. You can effectively communicate with Implementations Business Analysts that understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs more closely.

Required qualifications for consideration:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience with ECM technology and terminology

• Proficient in writing SQL queries and using data conversion tools like PowerShell, C# and Alteryx.

• Experience in software problem identification and resolution as well as relational database administration experience using SQL 2012 or higher

Preferred qualifications for considerations:

• BA/BS Degree in business, financial, or technical field

• Exposure to infrastructure concepts around storage, networking and virtualization

• Experience with ECM as it relates to the Financial Industry
