Job Title Specialist, Technical Professional Services . Bachelor\'s degree in, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience . Minimum 5 years IT/industry experience . Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers . Advanced knowledge of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and Windows 7/10/11 required . Advanced skills in Microsoft IIS and SSL Certificates . Strong working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases . Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve complex technical issues by researching through internet and other internal knowledge base tools Nice to have the following. . Capable of multitasking across projects within a fast-paced and demanding environment . Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills . Superior attention to detail, and a resourceful problem solver . Team player who strives for excellence . Experience using, configuring, troubleshooting and/or developing for the Open Solutions DNA application suite . Experience working with large enterprise-wide application systems . Minimum 2 years of Oracle and SQL Server database experience, including SQL Development . Experience with Citrix and/or other virtual thin-client software/architectures . Experience with troubleshooting web applications using Fiddler. . Experience using Microsoft Sy internals Suite to troubleshoot application errors. . Experience with Nexus Enterprise Configuration Utility to configure Cash Dispenser and Recycler Machines . Knowledge of network troubleshooting using tools like Telnet and Wireshark.
