Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Handles complex queries related to the business processes, deep data and best practice regulations with minimal guidance
- Effectively communicates with a wide group of stakeholders
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitates the development and implementation of large to moderately complex projects
- Contributes to drive results by partnering with experienced members of the team
- Takes and innovative and proactive approach on exiting solutions
- Supports senior members of the team to deliver on the strategic priorities
- Supports interventions for process and functional requirement gathering related to customer workflows
- Understands and adheres to policies and governance processes across the Professional Consulting Services team

Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree
- Previous experience in consulting services

- PMP certification
