You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance How you will contribute In this role, you will oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities and ensure the effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools. In addition, you will plan for and make sure that daily activities are completed, and implement and monitor quality standards for your team, including reviewing and adjusting key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement. You will also monitor, analyze and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction. As a people leader, you will coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports, provide guidance and direction to your team to ensure they are providing excellent responses to queries and requests, and manage individual performance. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Data management Leading teams, coaching and mentoring Managing performance driven by service level agreements and metrics Relationship management with a client focus Problem solving and analytical skills Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing Process management skills Working in a shared service organization a decided advantage More about this role What you need to know about this position: People Experience Lead is responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery to the Sricity Plant, acting as the interface between the business unit on one side and business intimate service on the other. The incumbent is responsible for continuously improving the employee experience within the Business Unit, driving and enabling self-service, flagging key BU requirements as well as building strong relationships with BU and People Services stakeholders What extra ingredients you will bring: Operational Delivery: Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for plant Acts as a key interface between the business unit and shared service centre promoting self-service, flagging BU requirements to SSC and advising the Business on SSC support Bring life to site labour relations strategy including elements of communication & execution Ensure compliance across verticals and agreed scores on audits Promotes the HR operating model within the plant and seek the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience Use Business Unit knowledge to identify specific BU requirements and apply this in service delivery Continuous Improvement: Responsible for application of the service delivery model and end-to-end process framework for BU Driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant People Services, with a employee driven culture Takes a continuous improvement focus to ensure great employee experience for all employees within a BU as well as more and more efficient service delivery Education / Certifications: Post Graduate Degree/Masters in HRM from reputed institutes Job specific requirements: Ability to partner with and manage Senior stakeholders Ability to manage team effectively Executing end to end employee life cycle Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy Business Unit Summary Mondelez India Foods Private Limited (formerly Cadbury India Ltd.) has been in India for over 70 years, making sure our mouth-watering and well-loved local and global brands such as chocolates, and powdered beverages, and biscuits, and and candies get safely into our customers hands-and mouths Headquartered in Mumbai, the company has more than 3,300 employees proudly working across sales offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai and in manufacturing facilities at Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, at our global Research & Development Technical Centre and Global Business Hub in Maharashtra and in a vast distribution network across the country.
