You\'ll Love This Job If You Like To Responsible for all aspects of the IDS preparation process Review disclosures, search reports, and other IDS trigger documents for potential prior arts Docketing Supplemental IDS reminders in related US pending matters. Performing Cross-referencing and reference linking Preparing RCE, QPIDS, and knowledge of checking Fees & Certification Research and compile uncited US, foreign and non-patent references for preparing IDS Prepare IDS in accordance with the PTO\'s Duty of Disclosure Interaction with clients for IDS review and approval Support IDS filings at USPTO Skills And Experience Required Knowledge and experience in the preparation and filing of IDS Law graduates with relevant experience will be preferred Least 1+ year of experience in the related function Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat What You\'ll Need To Be Successful Knowledge of filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO, PCT, and other major jurisdictions Prior experience of working on the Anaqua platform would be an added advantage Ability to prioritize and multi-task to perform roles smoothly without missing deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills
