Job description Department: Cross IT Technologies About the department Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross IT department is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for Analytics, Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk. The Position As Veeva Vault specialist, we expect you to manage and assess technical configurations for all Veeva Vaults in organisational level for 8-10+ Vaults and ensure cross vault technical configuration development and management. Ensuring all technical integrations/interface with other applications (SAP, AD, OAM etc) are working as intended and must also enable to evaluate develop/technically custom-build interfaces and implement proposed changes. Evaluate any change request to any Vault and assess the technical impact on all other vaults, on all related interface, on Vault domain as well as from IT security perspective. Technical expertise to manage API integrations to Veeva platform or any specific vault and must drive/enforce platform functionalities on projects/programs. Act as technical advisor to application on questions related to design, security model, integrations/interfaces, and other technical aspects. Additionally, you must participate in Veeva projects and must drive/enforce basic platform design decisions/requirement. On the other hand, you must be accountable and responsible for technical security assessment and must prepare and implement platform level change configuration. Qualifications MSC, MBA, BE or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration). 7-9 years of IT experience covering specification, design, development, or implementation of IT solutions. 5-6 years of strong experience in Java, J2EE and related technologies. Minimum 5-8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or other relevant industry, combined with general business understanding or 2-5 years of experience within operation and maintenance of IT systems in large organisations Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with GxP requirements. In-depth knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes. Sound and hands-on knowledge on Veeva Vault technology with good knowledge in configuration and technical configurations. Experience from working in a large project in cross geographical domain. Experience in hands-on technical implementation of multiple Vault level configurations. Experience from working in service level-based organisations and managing service level agreements with customers and vendors with strong stakeholder management. Experienced in the use of office desktop applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). Fluent in English (oral and written).
