About the department

DD&IT GBS is the unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. FLGS IT Systems has systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk.

The Position

As a Specialist, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Coupa System Management covering Operations, maintenance and support of the system.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and form a bridge between IT and Business
  • Co-ordinate day-to-day execution of incident and problem management resolution for assigned systems as defined by the business processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Introduce agile skills in the team for process improvements and ensure learning and continuous improvement and training in the Agile team
  • Facilitate and drive the team in adopting DevOps and built-in quality and promote Agile quality practices.
  • Introduce and drive Agile mindset, PI Planning, Capacity planning and act as a Scrum Master for the System Management team
  • Backup for Coupa System Manager
  • Drive/ Participate in SarbOx/ GIA compliance audits
Qualifications
  • MSC, MBA, BA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Overall 8+ year of industry experience with relevant 2+ years of financial services industry experience.
  • Should have 2+ years of Agile experience preferably as a Scrum Master.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors, end users.
  • Capability to understand the business needs quickly.
  • Possess a learning mindset and share experiences with the team.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills with eexcellent communication skills written and verbal English.
