Task portfolio
- Creating model deliveries for customer HiL projects incl. support and direct communication with OEM
- Integrating the existing transmission and hydraulic models to different target platforms for HiL/SiL applications
- Review/update of complex Hybrid-Automatic-Transmission models (e.g. PHEV) with in-house and commercial tools
- Support external customer delivery process for HiL/SiL Model based on requirement from OEMs
- Creating parameter for hardware models with design parameters using ZF internal tools
- Development and maintenance of tools for analysing, automation, evaluation in different programming languages
- Support of the system simulation department EDVS within the Division E \xe2\x80\x9cElectrified Powertrain Technology\xe2\x80\x9d
- Cooperation with development teams from other international locations
- Senior Engineer
- Education: Bachelors/Master in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering.
- Practical application experience with the following simulation and software tools: MATLAB/ Simulink, Python, Silver,
- Willingness to learn and use additional ZF in-house tools (e.g. SoftCar)
- Experience in Automotive Industry especially in Powertrain systems (eDrives, Hybrid-Transmissions)
- Practical Experience in Model design in MATLAB/Simulink and Performing System simulation and -analysis
- Knowledge of application tools preferable (e.g. INCA, CANape, etc.)
- Very good communication capabilities
