Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will
Improve the overall data quality of Dynamics through regular data cleansing, merging duplicate contacts, standardizing and resolving data discrepancies
Contribute to, and follows, the process for entering and managing data
Monitor changes made by users to ensure data consistency
Monitor new contacts added by users to review for completeness accuracy and context and remediation of problematic data at or close to the point of entry
Ensure the data for contacts is accurate, complete, and consistent
Certify that specific data collections are cleaned and maintained
Undertake regular auditing of the data to ensure its ongoing integrity
Reporting
Provide advice, guidance, and support to management-level administrators and to application developers on access and use of data
Advise and consults with systems administrators on data quality and integrity issues
Other
Provide support to appropriate people in the marketing team for events and eCampaigns
Manage integration between the database and the firm website
Liaise with database related service providers
Work with BD team to create and manage appropriate client lists for practice groups
Manage the implementation of any new database features and identifies system development and upgrade requirements
