About the Role Specialist - Country HR performs a specialized type of HR work focused:

  • Deliver value-added HR services to the business and employees.
  • Support the organization\'s transformation and business change.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
  • Support regional HR projects if needed.

Key Responsibilities
HR Recruitment
  • Creates job advertisements according to recruitment needs and manages job portals accordingly
  • Ensures efficient recruitment according to department needs
  • Manages recruitment processes where relevant (CV selection, phone screens, interview coordination with dept. managers, job offer confirmation, new employee preparations etc.)
  • Manages the Induction training for all newcomers
  • Manages HR recruitment reporting for statistics when necessary
HR Processes
  • Workday
    • Responsible for 100% Workday accuracy
    • Undertake all administration tasks relevant to HR on Workday
    • Uploads each employee\xe2\x80\x99s contract and personal documents into their WD personal file
    • Check the time off administration and make any required adjustments
  • HR Policy - keep HR policy up to date and in line with relevant employment law
  • Employee lifecycle \xe2\x80\x93 provides support to employees & managers on employee lifecycle activities
  • Payroll
    • Manages the administration of the payroll processes
    • Communicates and co-operate with external payroll provider(s)
HR Admin
  • Delivers high-quality, detailed HR documentation as required (employee contracts, contract amendments, employment declaration etc.) for all entities
  • Manages all employee\xe2\x80\x99s electronic and paper files
  • Provides to Finance (or external payroll partner where relevant) with new starters\xe2\x80\x99 documents and informs about any relevant changes to personal details
Role Requirements TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Capable to be working with and influencing senior business leaders by providing professional solutions and advice.
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in an HR generalist role in a fast-paced environment
  • Good HR recruitment and Admin experience
  • Good knowledge of local labour law and practice
  • Good presentation and communication abilities.
  • Good ability to plan, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with an HR Information System
  • Fluent in English
