JOB PURPOSE : We are seeking an experienced and result oriented individual to join our fast-growing specialty chemicals team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. JOb Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential customer segments for our specialty chemicals. Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive sustainable business growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching our specialty chemicals to prospects, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Collaborative Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to enhance our product reach and distribution channels. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify areas for improvement. Product Development Insights: Collaborate with the R&D team to provide valuable market insights for the development of new products or product enhancements. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the senior management team, providing insights into business performance and growth opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and achieve overall company objectives. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field a master\'s degree is a plus. Proven track record in business development and sales within the specialty chemicals industry. Strong understanding of specialty chemicals and their applications across various industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market dynamics and devise successful business strategies. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and achieve growth objectives. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
