EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Min 08-14 years experience in Configuration and Implementation of SmartPlant Foundation BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent Scientific or Engineering Degree. Candidates with the following will also be considered: Work Experience in similar capacity with thorough understanding of the job HexagonIntergraph Certification in SmartPlant Foundation will have added advantage ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Provide Smart Plant Foundation / SDx administration and functional support to projects. Establishing correlation with other SmartPlant tools & maintaining Authoring Domains. Work with projects to gather requirements and guide the team for SetupConfiguration including Schema Modeling, Custom mappings, Post Processor, Customizations, Web Client & Web API. Manage support incidents for SPF as communicated through Service Now, over e-mail or telephone. Must be able to act independently and take a proactive approach to tasks Amenable to work in swing shifts to cover offices other than New Delhi. Interaction with other GBU / Site offices and communicate with SupportDevelopment teams. Interact with Project users for specific tasks / reports. Assist project users for automating repetitive project related tasks. Maintenance of Test Environment for Application exchanges. Interaction with other IT groups like Project IT, Infrastructure, Database Administrators etc. Testing applications and participate in certification process for new versions of applications. Providing training to users / super-users on application as required. Participate in train-the-trainer modules. Manage SPF database deliverables and perform database handover and close out. Support the Triage and Root Cause Analysis excercises as and when required JOB KNOWLEDGE: Deep understanding of Database structures and application architecture for supporting Construction Applications. Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, Access databases. Thorough understing of Data exchanges and integration. Ability to troubleshoot dataflow issues within applications. Expertise in applications SmartPlant Foundation, SDx Project / Operation, SmartPlant Construction etc. Expertise in SmartPlant Schema, Web API, Smart API Manager, Web Client, SPF Customization, DDP Mapping and Dot Net programming skills Experience with other Hexagon SmartPlant suite of products. Knowledge of Adapters and APIs for data integration with other applications Eg. S3D, Aconex, SPPID Additional experience with CFIHOS handover is desirable. Experience in EPC work processes and / or site experience will be an added advantage.
