Plant & Hybrid

Plant & Hybrid APAC is part of the Service Business Unit APAC and supports the organization in selling, installing, and servicing a large number of SCADA systems controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.

Responsibilities

• Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information (standard WO information and guidelines for Technicians and Dispatchers if applicable) and ready to be planned and scheduled
• Customer specifics considered in technical planning
• Triggering Technical Support for complex jobs
• Verify if the customer is entitled for a service or not
• Upstream support role involved for quotation creation
• Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support, who triggers Task List creation & updates)
• Balance all assigned network orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
• Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
• Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
• Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
• Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
• On time communication to crews and partners is guaranteed
• Assigning crew to the job execution
• Contact person with subcontractors
• KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering with 6 to 8 yr of experience or equivalent
• Experience in working with SCADA systems and eBOP, e.g. in Wind Power Plants or the power industry
• Experience with technical planning, scheduling, and dispatching
• Familiar with fiber optic principles, termination, and testing equipment/techniques
• Familiar with SCADA and eBOP hardware, software, tools and equipment
• Knowledge in networking fundamentals
• Knowledge in Microsoft OS, Server, and SQL including administrative functionalities

• Good understanding of entitlement / commercial customer specifics
• Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings
• Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in technical (commercial) related systems
• Structured and detailed working approach
• Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant
• Technical communications skills
• System user of C4C, TSL, MS Office, SAP and Salesforce
• Technical and planning framework understanding
• Thinking in processes
• High degree of flexibility (working in changing environment)
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation
• Safety awareness
• Ability to speak Local-language to deal with Subcontractors (if relevant)
