We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Special Educator to join our team and provide exceptional practical based educational support to children with disabilities for our new initiative called \'Social Interaction Centre\' . As a Special Educator in our Social Interaction Centre, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing an inclusive learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential. Your expertise in understanding individual needs and implementing effective teaching strategies will empower students with disabilities to thrive academically, practically, socially, and emotionally. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). - State teaching certification in Special Education or eligibility for certification. - Proven experience working with children with disabilities in an educational setting. - Strong understanding of different disabilities and their impact on learning and development. - Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with disabilities. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. - Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes. - Innovative in designing and updating curriculum for our Social Interaction Centre as we get to progress. - Plan and engage students by taking them to public forums such as malls, beach, parks and help them learn social skills practically.
