We are looking for skilled & dedicated candidates, who have experience working with Professional Salon & Spa managements. Responsibilities and Duties :

• Conduct training for groups of new therapists.
• Make sure team are aware of company SOP\'s,treatment technics and protocols.
• Visit Spa Units to conduct Training/Audit Spa Practices by Therapists.
• Attending Guests and VIP members.
• Ensure company grooming standards are communicated effectively to all new employees.
• Conduct new hire orientation training.
• Assist with the design and development of spa therapist training programs.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 923,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
