Key Responsibilities:
Supervise spa staff: therapists, front desk, and housekeeping.
Manage daily operations, appointment scheduling, inventory, and service standards.
Ensure top-quality guest experience and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with spa protocols.
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
Achieve monthly revenue targets, promote services/products, and control costs.
Handle reporting, cash management, and vendor coordination.
Maintain client records, feedback logs, and safety procedures.
