Your day to day If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welcome you to the world's most international luxury hotel brand as our Spa Manager, a key role in our guest services team focused on inspiring and motivating a dedicated team of therapists and hairdressers and managing the day to day running of the spa. As a beauty, health, and wellness professional, this is a rare opportunity to provide the Resort guests holistic services and treatments that will deliver a wellness experience that relaxes, rejuvenates, and educates all whilst working for a global brand in a unique ultra-luxury environment. You will also be responsible for creating a dynamic strategic plan designed to deliver on key financial targets relating to product sales, treatments and hair appointments through the Day Spa and Hair Salon. This alongside building an engaged and cohesive team will be critical to your success.



What we need from you We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have ongoing experience within the beauty, health, and wellness industry with 2-3 years in a management role. With a demonstrated commitment to the industry and a passion for creating personalized experiences a given, exposure to delivery within a hotel or resort environment will be a plus.
