Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store, and keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits.

You will be completely responsible for all cash at the store.

Solid understanding of hospitality management and methods to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, supervise the team at your spa also conduct proper training in case of poor performance or failure to follow spa guidelines by your subordinates.

Maintain standards of excellence, interacting with guests and staff.

Upheld the ambience and appearance of spa and treatment rooms.

Target local clientele; plan and execute all local marketing, PR, and promotional events.

Answer all incoming guest enquiries on calls also will need to make outgoing calls on database provided to promote business and sales.

Effectively coordinated all spa operations and head office team related to accounts and compliance on a daily basis to ensure a smooth, successful operation.

Responsible for hiring new employees for the spa when advised to do so.

Implement a performance-based employee recognition program that increased productivity by motivating Massage Therapists to strive to work to their full potential.

Provide the highest quality guest service and resolved all guest concerns beyond their satisfaction, ensure ethics are maintained in the spa at all times and law of the land prevails.

Reduced costs by monitoring and controlling supply usage and changing maintenance service providers.

Developed new customer relations through telephone and personable contact and sales activity.

Manage and assist in all areas of administrative work including data entry, and receptionist duties.
