Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Handle bulk cooking for cafeterias, canteens, or events as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.
Monitor food stock, ingredients, and report shortages to the kitchen in-charge.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control measures.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
