Plan, prepare, and supervise South Indian vegetarian dishes Ensure authentic taste, consistency, and quality of all food items. Maintain strict

pure vegetarian standards

Control portion sizes and minimize food wastage Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours Develop and standardize recipes as per restaurant standards. Suggest menu improvements, seasonal specials, and cost-effective dishes. Maintain correct spice levels and regional South Indian flavors. Maintain kitchen cleanliness as per

FSSAI and hygiene standards

. Ensure personal hygiene of kitchen staff (uniform, head cover, gloves). Follow proper food storage, FIFO method, and temperature control. Ensure safe handling of raw materials, especially batter and cooked food. Supervise assistant cooks, helpers, and kitchen staff. Train staff in South Indian cooking methods and hygiene practices. Assign daily duties and monitor performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
