WE ARE HIRING Job designation:- South Indian Cook : Male Job location:- Kolkata, West Bengal Salary:- 15,000- 20,000 per month Experience:- 2-5 years of experience as a South Indian cook in a professional kitchen. Education:-High school diploma or equivalent is required. Skillset:-
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions and cooking methods.
- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, main courses, and desserts.
- Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Plan menus and prepare meals according to customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage kitchen supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with local regulations.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and experiment with new recipes and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions and cooking methods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
