Hygiene and Safety:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers.
Cooking:
  • Cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, rasam, curries, and more.
  • Use traditional South Indian cooking techniques such as tempering (tadka), saut\xc3\xa9ing, and simmering.
  • Pay attention to the timing and order of adding ingredients to achieve the desired flavors and textures.
Presentation:
  • Plate dishes attractively, paying attention to aesthetics.
Garnish with fresh herbs, grated coconut, or other appropriate garnishes. Quality Control:
  • Taste and adjust dishes for seasoning, spiciness, and overall flavor.
