Prepare and cook South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutney, etc.).
Assist in mise-en-place for the South Indian section.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and follow kitchen SOPs.
Control wastage and maintain portion sizes.
Ensure timely food preparation and service.
Support buffet and a la carte operations.
