1. Assist in the preparation and basic cooking of South Indian dishes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner items)
2. Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs (Commi 1, CDP, Sous Chef)
3. Prepare mise en place (cutting, grinding, mixing, etc.) for various dishes
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations
5. Ensure food is prepared and presented according to standards
6. Assist with cleaning duties and support kitchen operations as needed
7. 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in South Indian cuisine
8. Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
9. Willingness to learn and improve culinary skills
10. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness
11. Passion for South Indian food
