Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes as per the menu and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly. Assist the CDP or Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications. Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage. Handle kitchen equipment and tools with care. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality food service. Monitor kitchen inventory and report shortages. Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
