Job Description

Commi I prepares and cooks authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality. The role supports daily kitchen operations, ensures food hygiene, and maintains high culinary standards in line with the outlet's requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Food Preparation & Cooking



Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and regional specialties. Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation. Follow standard recipes and maintain quality during peak operations. Assist with mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Kitchen Operations



Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils. Monitor food storage, labeling, and FIFO. Assist in receiving and storing raw materials. Reduce wastage through proper preparation and storage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
