Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Chutney, Rasam, and rice-based items.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
Plan menus and suggest new South Indian recipes as per customer preferences and seasonal availability.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
Manage raw material requirements, proper storage, and minimize food wastage.
Supervise and guide kitchen helpers and junior staff.
Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours, especially breakfast service.
Control food cost and follow standard recipes and portion control.
Handle customer feedback positively and make necessary improvements.
Follow hotel/restaurant policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
