Your expertise in traditional South Indian cuisine, along with your creativity and attention to detail, will be crucial in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, chutneys, curries, and etc. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of traditional South Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients to ensure the authenticity and quality of the dishes. - Create innovative and visually appealing presentations while maintaining the original flavors and essence of South Indian cuisine. - Stay updated with the latest culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients related to South Indian cuisine, and incorporate them into the menu when appropriate. - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local health regulations. Requirements: - Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or a similar role in a restaurant or hotel. - In-depth knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques. - Excellent taste and a keen eye for presentation and detail.
