Job Description

Dish preparation:

Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambars, rasams, curries, and chutneys, while upholding authenticity and flavor.

Menu management:

Plan and update menus, sometimes developing new and creative dishes, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and presentation.

Kitchen management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace, adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, and ensure consistent portioning and quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
