We are seeking an experienced South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic South Indian cuisine, with expertise in preparing traditional dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, Kerala curries, biryani, and chutneys. The chef will be responsible for ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. This role also involves supervising junior staff, managing stock, minimizing wastage, and contributing to menu development.
Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, Kerala curries, biryani, and chutneys.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in South Indian cuisine.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are followed at all times.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
Assist in menu planning and development of new South Indian dishes.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
