Prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian breakfast dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, pongal, upma, and chutneys.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
Innovate and introduce new breakfast recipes while preserving traditional flavors.
Oversee the daily operations of the South Indian breakfast kitchen section.
Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Optimize processes to maintain efficiency during peak hours.
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques.
Assist in staff scheduling and assigning daily tasks.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients.
Work closely with the Head Chef and service team to meet customer expectations.
Customize dishes for special requests or dietary preferences.
