Job Description

1. Menu Preparation: Prepare traditional South Indian dishes, such as dosas, idlis, vadas, and curries.

2. Recipe Development: Create and innovate new recipes while maintaining traditional flavors.

3. Food Presentation: Ensure dishes are presented attractively and appetizingly.

4. Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

5. Team Collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

1. Experience: Previous experience as a South Indian chef or in a similar role.

2. Culinary Skills: In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

3. Creativity: Ability to innovate and experiment with new recipes.

4. Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality dishes and presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
