Job Description

Food Preparation:

Cooking and plating various South Indian dishes (dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, curries, chutneys) using authentic techniques.

Quality Control:

Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes, meeting traditional standards.

Kitchen Management:

Overseeing food prep, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.

Menu Development:

Collaborating on new recipes and specials, staying true to regional essence.

Staff Supervision:

Training junior cooks, coordinating with the culinary team, and ensuring smooth operations.

Hygiene & Safety:

Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
