Job Description

Prepare & cook authentic South Indian dishes

according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain

taste, portion control, and presentation

standards consistently.

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety

-- cleaning workstations, proper storage, and compliance with standards.

Assist senior chefs

(Chef de Parties / Sous Chef) with daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.

Prepare mise en place

-- organizing ingredients, chopping, mixing batters, etc.

Monitor stock & equipment

-- report shortages or maintenance needs. Train and guide junior commis when needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
