Job Description

Food Preparation:

Cook and present authentic South Indian dishes (vegetarian & non-vegetarian) from various regions.

Kitchen Management:

Oversee a specific station, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations (HACCP).

Quality Control:

Ensure consistent taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.

Staff Supervision:

Train, guide, and supervise junior chefs (Commis) on techniques and recipes.

Menu Contribution:

Assist with menu development, new recipes, and daily specials.

Inventory:

Monitor stock, raise requisitions, and control wastage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
