JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a chef to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers. The primary responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing first-class dishes. If you have experience with great and advanced cooking techniques, we would like to meet you! Ultimately, the chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering a complete menu to our guests. Duties & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be familiar with sanitation regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Cook food in a timely manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Assign tasks to kitchen staffs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Experiment with new recipes \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Modify recipes to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as a chef or cook \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Great time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to do multi-tasking \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
