Sous chefs ensure the freshness of food and ingredients, rejecting any that do not meet standards.
Directing Food Preparation:
They direct and supervise the work of cooks and other food preparation workers.
Kitchen Management & Operations:
Supervising Staff:
They oversee and supervise the kitchen staff, assigning tasks and ensuring they are performing their duties effectively.
Inventory Management:
Sous chefs manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ordering what is needed and maintaining stock levels.
Maintaining a Clean Kitchen:
