The role requires hands-on cooking ability, team management, menu planning, and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing the daily menu.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
Prepare and cook dishes specializing in Chinese and North Indian cuisines.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation according to standards.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
