Job Summary:



The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes. The ideal candidate must be skilled in

Chinese and North Indian cuisine

, with

additional knowledge in Continental dishes

considered a strong advantage.

The role requires hands-on cooking ability, team management, menu planning, and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing the daily menu. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service. Prepare and cook dishes specializing in Chinese and North Indian cuisines. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation according to standards. Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage. Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:



Strong expertise in

Chinese and North Indian cuisine

; knowledge of

Continental

is an added advantage. Proven ability to lead a team and maintain quality standards. Good communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
