Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils meet food safety and hygiene regulations.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with senior chefs to develop and test new menu items, incorporating creativity and customer preferences.
Training & Development:
Train team members on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and operational processes to foster professional growth.
