Cold Kitchen Chef / Garde Manger

Full-Time On-site

We're looking for someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to create great food and new culinary experiences. If you believe in delighting customers, have high standards and are resourceful, we want to hear from you.

You will:



Prepare cold dishes, salads, hors d'oeuvres, and buffet items according to the company's recipes and standards. Ensure all food items are prepared and stored in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times. Ensure that all food items are presented in an attractive and visually appealing manner. Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service. Coordinate with sales representatives and clients to ensure their specific needs and requests are met. Assist with menu planning and development as required. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Assist with kitchen operations as needed, including preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Check the quality of ingredients. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
