Key Responsibilities



Assist the Head Chef

: Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management.

Supervise Kitchen Staff

: Oversee the kitchen team, assign tasks, and ensure that all staff adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Food Preparation

: Participate in cooking and preparing meals, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Inventory Management

: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of food and supply usage.

Training and Development

: Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve their skills and performance.

Quality Control

: Ensure that all food served meets the restaurant's quality standards and customer expectations.

Menu Development

: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
